Greeters

“An anxious heart weighs a man down, but a kind word cheers him up.”

– Proverbs 12:25

Greeters are the “first-line” ministry, creating a positive impression of All Saints Catholic Church as they greet all parishioners and visitors with a warm, friendly smile and words of welcome. Greeters also distribute parish bulletins before Mass. The purpose of the ministry is to ensure that everyone who comes to All Saints senses that the parish is a warm, caring community that invites all to join in the celebration of the Mass.

How To Participate
Any parishioner who has a ready smile and the desire to make others feel comfortable and welcome is encouraged to join this ministry. Greeters also need to have knowledge of the building facilities so that they can assist new visitors. There is a schedule for serving as a greeter, but those who cannot commit to a regular schedule can also serve as back-up greeters in cases of illness or vacations.

Anyone interested in participating as a Greeter should contact Stephanie Cates for more information.
